Frequently Asked Questions
Got questions? Here are some of the most common queries we get about our services, appointments, and treatment approach.
What types of injuries do you treat?
In short, a little bit of everything. We specialise in neck, back and shoulder pain. Additionally, we have a broad range of sporting experience and expertise. We don't only see athletes, but we do provide elite level care for everyone.
Do I need a referral to see a physiotherapist?
Absolutely not! You can click the links throughout our website to book yourself in. If you do have a referral from a doctor or specialist, we are always more than happy to accept these.
How do I book an appointment?
Easy - give us a call, or click the links to book an appointment for yourself. Choose the clinician you'd like to see, the time that suits you and we'll see you then. If you can't find the time or clinician that you'd like, simply give us a call and we are always happy to squeeze you in.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Just yourself! If you have x-rays or scans, or a referral, please bring these along with you too. Additionally if you're looking to claim under your private health insurance or Medicare, please bring these cards along with you to these appointments.
How long is the appointment?
We aren't a churn and burn clinic who will squeeze you out in 15 minutes. We typically allow 30 minutes for our appointments, and can book up to 60 minute appointments for complex conditions or if we are working through more than one problem area.
