Clinical Exercises
Clinical exercises can be done individually or in a class with groups of 2-3. These exercises will be prescribed for the individual and tailored specifically to help achieve optimum recovery and treatment outcomes. Some of these exercises can focus on muscle control and /or strength and may be performed using equipment such as reformers, trapeze and wobble boards, available in our exercise and rehabilitation gym. An initial assessment will be required and personalised programs developed suitable for your needs or injury. Some of these exercise can aim to improve core stability and recruit deep postural muscles, to help improve posture and poor mechanics which may be contributing to injuries.
Clinical Exercise individual sessions (1:1) and classes can be made at different times to suit you, so please call 03 9696 2180 to arrange a suitable time to book an assessment consultation.
